Anyone who knows me, knows how much I ADORE my town - NORWICH!! A true hub for creativity, community & wonderful people. So when Ellie & Spencer booked me for their wedding and expressed how much they loved Norwich and really wanted lots of photos around the city centre - I knew we'd be a perfect fit!

Ellie & Spencer opted for 6 hours of coverage with me for their Norwich City Centre wedding. This was the perfect amount of time for their beautifully intimate celebration.
We started with wedding preparations at the amazing Maids Head Hotel, situated in the heart of Norwich, this spot has amazing views of the Norwich Cathedral and offers the perfect vibe for pre-wedding preparations. It is also just a short journey from the hotel to the Norwich Registry Office. Making everything nice and stress free!

Here's some of the snaps from Ellie's preparations:

We made time for some pictures outside the iconic Maids Head Hotel - Norwich. Before we all scooted off in the gorgeous wedding car to the Norwich Registry Office.
Once we got to the Norwich Registry Office, I made my way to find the groom and the guests. Everyone was super excited at this point and ready to see this fabulous pair tie the knot.

Ellie & Spencer had an incredibly special wedding becuase Ellie's dad was the officiant who got to marry them. It was incredible to see such a special moment be conducted by the brides own dad. This was a first for me and an honour to photograph.
Their ceremony was incredibly intimate with only a few of their closest family & friends in attendance. Spencer & Ellie had such a beautiful & natural way about them throughout the whole ceremony. They couldn't stop smiling and giggling - it was so lovely to capture.
After an incredible ceremony, we had to finish it off with an epic confetti throw!!

Ellie & Spencer wanted to make time for group photos with their family to really cherish the moment and remeber having their family there with them when they officially tied the knot. We had the most perfect backdrop for the photos - the beautiful St Peter Mancroft (https://www.stpetermancroft.org.uk/).

After we finished our group photos it was time to go for a wonder around Norwich!! https://www.visitnorwich.co.uk/
We started near the Norwich Cathedral and after that, we headed straight for the iconic Elm Hill, known for its cobbled streets, timeless buildings and stunning views.

After we'd wondered around Elm Hill, Norwich. We popped back in the wedding car and headed for the Norwich Markets. A location that is potentially the first thing people think of when they think of Norwich. It is absolutely iconic and packed to the brim with local vendors offering tasty food and drink, gifts, flowers, products and services.
The Norwich Markets is personally one of my favourite parts of Norwich, I could spend hours wondering around all the different stalls. It makes me feel such a sense of nostalgia and community.

We couldn't do a Norwich City photoshoot without going to the beautiful Norwich Royal Arcade - https://royalarcadenorwich.co.uk/
This local spot is stunning and a truly eye catching part of the city. It makes for a gorgeous backdrop to your wedding photos.

Before we headed to their reception location - https://thelastnorwich.co.uk/. We made our way through the city and decided to walk to The Last, instead of getting the car just so we could capture some more iconic Norwich photo opportunities.

Ellie & Spencer then had their intimate and private reception at The Last - https://thelastnorwich.co.uk/. It was the perfect spot for their nearest and dearest to celebrate their marrage. Drinks were flowing, the food was AMAZING and the speeches were beautiful. It was the perfect end to their Norwich Wedding.

To round things off, I had the best afternoon with this pair. Getting to photograph the before, during and after of their wedding was so special. I absolutely loved wondering around Norwich with them for their wedding photos and finding all the best spots. Thank you so much for having me guys!
